PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Processing - This does not include the transit time for the shipping method selected during checkout. Once your order has been confirmed received on our end, processing is the beginning step for your order to be made & completed prior to shipping.
  • Processing Time - Our average processing time is 1-5 business days depending on the size of your order. During the holiday season, please expect your order to take closer to the 5 business days.
  • Business Days - Business days are Monday thru Friday and closed on weekends & Holidays. Orders are processed during business days and made on-site / in-house.
  • Rush Orders - There is no option offered for rush orders. Due to transit times with mail carriers not being within our control, we can not guarantee exact arrival dates.
  • Shipping Method - We utilize USPS as our shipping carrier. There are options during checkout for First Class Mail, Priority or Priority Express. The shipping method selected during checkout represents the estimated number of transit days until delivery, after the order has been processed & shipped.
  • Shipping Transit - USPS First Class Mail averages 3-5 days transit time. USPS Priority Mail averages 1-3 days transit time. USPS Priority Express Mail averages 1-2 days transit time. Transit times are not guaranteed by our store as different factors may happen during transit that could cause delays.
  • Shipping Status - Once your order has been shipped, an automatic email notification will be sent with tracking information. If you have not automatically received tracking information, you may reach us at giftbagtime@gmail.com with your order number in the email subject line. Responses may take 24-48 hours on business days. If you have not received a response after 48 hours, please resend your message in case it didn't go through the first try.
